For properties under our management, cleaning is handled in-house to maintain full quality control.
For standalone cleaning services, rates start at $175 for studios and 1-bedroom units, with pricing adjusted based on property size and needs.
Same-day turnovers or off-site laundry services are available for an additional $50, ensuring linens are properly handled and your property is ready on time without compromising quality.
