As the founder of Luxe Home Solutions, Victoria oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and works directly with property owners to make sure their homes and vacation properties receive the attention they deserve.
From property management and owner communication to guest experience, vendor coordination, quality control, and the countless details that happen behind the scenes, Victoria stays closely involved in the operation.
Her approach is simple: if her name is on it, she wants it done right.
Whether we're caring for a vacation rental between guests or providing a detailed residential cleaning, Victoria believes the little things matter—and that excellent service should never feel impersonal.

As Property Operations Coordinator, Madison assists with client communication, scheduling, property coordination, administrative operations, and the many moving pieces that go into keeping our services running smoothly.
She's also an important point of contact for our clients and property owners, helping ensure that questions are answered, details are communicated, and nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
With a strong eye for organization and a commitment to making the client experience as seamless as possible, Madison helps turn the day-to-day chaos of property operations into something that actually works.

She manages social media outreach, promotes our vacation rental properties, shares our services throughout local community groups, and helps connect our company with homeowners, guests, and potential clients.
Her approach to marketing is simple: get the word out and make sure people know we're here.
She's a huge part of helping Luxe Home Solutions grow through genuine community connections and good old-fashioned hustle.
