Our cleaners are the most valuable part of what we do - without clean rentals we would not nearly be as successful. We take pride in our clean properties & we are looking for cleaners that take pride in clean spaces as well.
Attention To Detail
Having a meticulous attention to detail is a large part of what we are looking for. We aren't looking for someone that comes in to just clean the obvious things - we need someone who takes it upon themselves to ensure the entire space is clean & guest ready.
Competitive Pay
We pay competitively and reward our hard working employees. Our starting pay is $15/hour, with our highest earners making $30/hour. We give bonuses when reviews mention "cleanliness" and monthly bonuses when cleaners have had NO complaints on their properties cleanliness.
